Our approach

This policy describes the Formidable Studio website and shared studio practices. Formidable Studio is operated by Keaton Rozema. Privacy questions and requests can be sent to formidablegamesstudio@gmail.com.

We do not sell personal information or use it for targeted advertising. What an app stores or sends depends on the features you use. The policies below explain each app’s local storage, online services, permissions, and deletion choices.

Choose your app

Eventful’s policy remains available for existing installations. WoodWorks VR is currently shown on this site as a video of a project on hiatus; watching that video is covered by the external-services section below.

Using this website

Our hosting and delivery providers process ordinary web-request information, such as IP address, requested page, browser information, and request time, to deliver pages, maintain security, and troubleshoot errors. This website does not include a third-party advertising tracker or a dedicated visitor-analytics SDK in its current code.

The language selector saves your preference in your browser’s local storage. You can clear it through your browser’s site-data controls. WatchBlocks pages request a public aggregate mining total from a stats service; that request does not send your game save or an app player identifier.

The public 3D-print queue loads a published Google Sheets feed. WatchBlocks approval badges load from PixelPicked. Those services receive normal network information when their content is requested. Do not put private information into content intended for a public queue.

App services and information sharing

Apple services can process purchases, private iCloud content, paired-device transfers, Game Center activity, and system diagnostics according to the features used and your settings. We do not receive your payment-card details. See Apple’s privacy policy.

WatchBlocks uses TelemetryDeck for product analytics and CloudKit and network services for online features. Cornered sends player names and scores to SilentWolf. Remember God contacts Bible services for passage lookups and daily verses. The corresponding app policy describes these flows in detail; a claim about one app does not apply to every other app.

We use information to provide requested features, restore purchases, respond to support, improve reliability, protect services, and meet legal obligations. Where data-protection law requires a legal basis, processing relies, as applicable, on providing the requested service, legitimate interests in operating and securing it, consent for features that require it, or legal obligations. Service providers may process information outside your country under their applicable safeguards.

Contact forms and external services

If you email us or submit feedback, we receive the message, any contact details, and the attachments you supply. We use them to respond and handle the request. Google Forms and the email provider also process the submission.

Following links to the App Store, YouTube (including the WoodWorks VR video), social media, or other websites shares ordinary connection information with that destination. Its own policies apply. External videos opened through a link are loaded by the destination service. We may disclose information when legally required or necessary to address fraud, abuse, or security incidents.

Retention and your choices

Local app data stays on your devices until removed, and synced or public data can remain with the corresponding service after you uninstall an app. See each app policy for its deletion controls. Device backups, exported files, public copies, and purchase records may need to be managed separately.

We retain support and service records as needed to respond, operate and protect services, and meet legal obligations. Retention for hosting logs, cloud content, and other provider records depends on the service and its practices. Contact us about information held by the studio; we may need to verify a request before changing or deleting information.

Privacy requests and children

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of personal information, object to or restrict processing, or withdraw consent where processing relies on consent. Contact formidablegamesstudio@gmail.com to make a request about information held by Formidable Studio. We may need to verify the request. You may also contact your local data-protection authority. Apple and other providers handle requests for information under their own control.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children in violation of applicable law. If a child has submitted personal information to us or through an online feature, a parent or guardian can contact us to request review and removal.

Security and updates

We use appropriate platform and service protections, but no storage or network system can guarantee complete security. We update this page when our practices change; the revision date appears above. App-specific policies remain linked here so you can find the information relevant to your app.
