Remember God privacy policy
Private journals and prayers, iCloud syncing, photos, and Bible lookups.

The essentials
This policy applies specifically to Remember God by Formidable Studio (Keaton Rozema). Your moments, notes, prayers, reflections, tags, and selected photos are stored on your devices and synced through your private iCloud storage when available. We do not sell personal information, use journal content for advertising, or include WatchBlocks’ TelemetryDeck integration in this app.
Journals, photos, and syncing
Remember God stores the content you create and preferences such as reminders and app-lock settings. Because your entries may describe faith, beliefs, relationships, or personal experiences, include only information you want to keep in the app and your Apple Account.
Supported syncing uses Apple’s private CloudKit database for moments, prayers, reflections, and associated photos, and iCloud key-value storage for relevant preferences. Apple’s WatchConnectivity sends relevant data between paired iPhone and Apple Watch apps. Widgets and the share extension use the app’s shared storage.
Formidable Studio does not receive your private journal database through normal use. Content you choose to share or include in a support request is disclosed to the recipient you select.
Bible passages and daily verses
When you request a Bible passage, the app sends the passage reference or lookup text and selected translation to bible-api.com. Daily-verse fetching contacts Bible Gateway’s verse-of-the-day feed. These providers receive ordinary network information, including your IP address, when the requests are made.
These features do not send your journal database, prayers, or attached photos as part of the lookup. Avoid entering private journal text in a passage search. Opening a verse link or an external feedback form is also subject to that service’s practices.
Reminders, purchases, and support
With permission, the app schedules local prayer, moment, and other reminders. Notifications and widgets may display entry information on your device screen; manage their visibility in Apple settings.
Apple processes optional purchases or support contributions, and the app uses transaction or entitlement status to recognize them. We do not receive payment-card details. See Apple’s privacy policy. If you contact us, we receive the message, contact details, and attachments you provide.
Retention and deletion
Your entries remain locally and in iCloud until removed. Delete entries through the app and allow syncing to finish. Manage iCloud data, device backups, permissions, and notification previews in Apple settings. Removing the app alone may leave synced content, backups, exported files, or photos saved elsewhere.
We cannot read or recover your private iCloud journal for you. Contact us about support correspondence or other information you have sent directly to the studio.
Privacy requests and children
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of personal information, object to or restrict processing, or withdraw consent where processing relies on consent. Contact formidablegamesstudio@gmail.com to make a request about information held by Formidable Studio. We may need to verify the request. You may also contact your local data-protection authority. Apple and other providers handle requests for information under their own control.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children in violation of applicable law. If a child has submitted personal information to us or through an online feature, a parent or guardian can contact us to request review and removal.
Security and policy updates
We use the protections available through the app, Apple’s platform, and the services described above. No storage or transmission method is completely secure. Service providers may process information outside your country under their own applicable safeguards.
We may update this policy when features or practices change. The date at the top identifies the latest revision. The studio privacy policy covers the website and shared studio practices; this page describes the app-specific features.
