Dive Dash
Dive Dash privacy policy
Local progress, optional iCloud syncing, Game Center, and purchases.

The essentials
This policy applies specifically to Dive Dash by Formidable Studio (Keaton Rozema). Solo play stores progress locally. Optional Apple services provide cloud syncing, leaderboards, achievements, multiplayer, and purchases on supported platforms. We do not sell personal information or use third-party advertising or usage-analytics SDKs in the reviewed app.
Progress and iCloud
The game stores scores, coins, unlocks, loadouts, challenges, run history, preferences, and purchase access on your device. If iCloud syncing is enabled, your game profile is stored in your private CloudKit database and merged across supported devices signed into your Apple Account.
You can turn off “Sync progress with iCloud” in the game’s settings. Turning sync off stops future syncing; it does not itself delete the profile already stored in iCloud.
Game Center and online play
If you sign in to Game Center, Apple processes your player identity, nickname, scores, achievements, and multiplayer activity. Leaderboard entries can show your nickname, rank, and score to other players. Multiplayer exchanges session and run data needed to play and validate results.
Solo flights do not require Game Center. Manage sign-in and profile sharing in Apple’s Game Center settings. See Game Center & Privacy for Apple’s practices.
Purchases and support
Apple processes purchases. The app reads product, transaction, and entitlement information to provide and restore purchased content; we do not receive payment-card details. See Apple’s privacy policy.
If you email support or send feedback, we receive your contact details and the information you choose to include.
Retention and deletion
Progress stays on your device and, when enabled, in iCloud until removed. “Reset local progression” archives this device’s progress and disables iCloud syncing; it is not a request to erase your cloud profile, Game Center activity, purchases, or every local backup.
Manage stored iCloud data and device backups through Apple settings. Use Apple’s Game Center controls for Game Center activity, and contact us about information held by the studio. Removing the app does not automatically delete data retained by Apple.
Privacy requests and children
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of personal information, object to or restrict processing, or withdraw consent where processing relies on consent. Contact formidablegamesstudio@gmail.com to make a request about information held by Formidable Studio. We may need to verify the request. You may also contact your local data-protection authority. Apple and other providers handle requests for information under their own control.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children in violation of applicable law. If a child has submitted personal information to us or through an online feature, a parent or guardian can contact us to request review and removal.
Security and policy updates
We use the protections available through the app, Apple’s platform, and the services described above. No storage or transmission method is completely secure. Service providers may process information outside your country under their own applicable safeguards.
We may update this policy when features or practices change. The date at the top identifies the latest revision. The studio privacy policy covers the website and shared studio practices; this page describes the app-specific features.
